Tenron (commercial name since September 2023 of Isomatex SA) is a premier European manufacturer established in 2005 in Belgium (see picture of the factory). Tenron is expected to be Aeronautics, Space & Defence certified in the second part of 2024 (European certification EN9100).

Tenron specialises in cutting-edge material solutions for a diverse range of industries, including aeronautics, marine, energy, sports and leisure, defence and safety, mobility and luxury. Tenron’s products are known under the trademark “Tenron”. Tenron is a disruptive product and sets itself apart as nature’s strongest mineral material.

From the ability to significantly reduce CO2  emissions to the ability to be recycled back to its original properties, Tenron has the potential to improve peoples’ lives around the globe. It will play a key role in the circular economy and in the clean energy transition.

History

Our history

2005

Creation of Tenron (under its former name Isomatex).

2010

Production of Tenron’s proprietary sizings (coatings) for all its applications begins.

2014

First strategic agreement with a global leader in the aerospace industry.

2018

First high-end sport goods produced with Tenron (bikes, boats, etc.).

2021 April

Tenron achieves RINA certification for the boat industry.

2021 May

Tenron becomes a “Global Visionary” candidate at UBS, Switzerland.

2021 June

Tenron leads the clean energy transition for cars, high-pressure vessels, etc.

2022 August

Tenron is the world’s first high-end, recyclable thermoplastic composite used by a renown Swiss watchmaker.

2022 September

Tenron includes the full range of products from fibres to textiles to composites.

2022 November

First small wind turbine using Tenron.

2024 May

Tenron increases its production capacity by 20 times.

2024 June

Isomatex and its products are rebranded as Tenron.
